8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days from order confirmation.
    Delivery is expected within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.



VitaYum is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.


9. Safe & Secure Shopping

Your online transactions on VitaYumFoods.com are protected through secure encryption technologies. We do not store any sensitive payment information such as your card number or CVV.

10. Returns & Refunds

For health and hygiene reasons, food products once delivered cannot be returned unless:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, please email info@vitayumfoods.com within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damaged/incorrect product.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.


11. Termination of Use

VitaYum reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Website and services at any time, without notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms

Fraudulent activity
Any conduct that harms the business or users
